  1. Products

    • Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces.

    • Fine art prints are high-quality reproductions of the original artworks.

    • Wearable art pieces feature original artwork by © aylaswaze /Ayla-Georgia Swietlik transformed into apparel or accessories, bringing art beyond the canvas into everyday life.

  2. Payment

    • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  3. Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and I will work to find a solution.

  4. Returns & Refunds

    • Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    • For original artworks and fine art prints, standard returns or exchanges are not accepted, so please review your order carefully before purchasing.

    • For wearable art pieces (apparel), please review sizing information before placing your order. Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or change of mind cannot be guaranteed. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be considered for any return request.

      Please note that colors of wearable art pieces may vary slightly due to screen displays and fabric printing processes.

  5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

    • If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

      However, this right may not apply to certain products, including items that are made to order or produced specifically for the customer.

      Original artworks, fine art prints, and wearable art pieces may therefore be exempt from the right of withdrawal where applicable under EU law.

  6. Intellectual Property

    • All artworks and images on this site are the property of © aylaswaze / Ayla-Georgia Swietlik. They may not be copied or used without permission. All rights to the artworks are fully retained by the artist © aylaswaze / Ayla-Georgia Swietlik

  7. Limitation of Liability

  8. Governing Law

    • These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes related to purchases made through this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

    • These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
